Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only.

 

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

 

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 7 to 12 days from the day you order. Our products ship from an overseas fulfillment partner, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would. We would rather tell you that up front than promise two-day shipping we cannot keep.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after it is issued.

 

Delays

Customs processing and carrier backlogs can add a few days. If your order has not arrived 20 days after you placed it, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will make it right.
